CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you need to RESHEDULE or CANCEL your appointment, we require a MINIMUM of 24 HOURS NOTICE - Failure to do so will result in a 100% charge of your session.
On the day of your appointment, if you are a NO SHOW or LATE SHOW you will also be charged full price of the session, as unfortunately this does not give us enough time to fill the appointment from our waitlist, and results in a loss of income as a small business.
Please note that all outstanding payments must be settled before your next scheduled appointment.
